Codestones are magical items which can be found around Neopia during Random Events or can be won from the Tombola. Codestones can be exchanged for training at the Mystery Island Training School. For more information about the Training School and Codestones, check out the Neopedia.
Codestones, on average, are worth from 4000-5000 Neopoints each. The Bri Codestone, however, is usually worth 3000-4000 Neopoints. During wars on Neopets.com, Codestone prices rise to around 6000 or 7000 NP because so many users want to get some last minute training in. Once wars are over, the price of codestones slowly deflates. Currently, codestones cost over 4000 NP each, with the Bri Codestone worth slightly less.
The higher the level of your Neopet, the more codestones are required to train it.

RED CODESTONES
In order to train your Neopet above level 250, you must go to the Mystery Island Volcano on Techo Mountain and redeem several regular Codestones for rare Red Codestones. You can then take the red codestones to the Secret Ninja Training School on Mystery Island, where you can train your stats higher than you can at the regular Mystery Island Training School. One of your Neopets must be Level 251 or higher to enter, and you must have Red Codestones to train.
MAG | VUX | CUI | KEW | SHO |
ZED
The only alternative to using Codestones is using Dubloons, which can be exchanged for training on Krawk Island.
REMEMBER: You cannot train any of your stats higher than twice your level.
